STEP FOUR: EVALUATE, REVIEW, AND CONSIDER
(a) Evaluate the products you already have at home.
• Eliminate products that may be worsening your concerns.
• Discontinue products that are not essential.
(b) Write a list of your selected products, devices and procedures from the section above.
(c) Reviewing the products in your list, consider the following:
1 Multipurpose — Review the above list and highlight treatments that address multiple of your specific concerns. Prioritize these.
2 Time + Energy — What are you realistically able to do at home? A 2-Step routine? A 5-Step routine? Will you actually use a home device or will it sit on the counter? Use this to guide you on deciding between at-home products vs. in-office procedures.
3 Budget — What is the best use of your money? You don’t have to do it all. Let your primary concerns guide you where to prioritize your investment. Think quarterly and yearly. Each year can be different.
4 Downtime — Do you have the capacity in your schedule to have a few days or a few weeks of downtime? Take this into consideration when deciding between procedures, devices, and products.
5 Timeline — Think marathon, not sprint. What can you genuinely take on this year in terms of time, energy, and budget? Choose the treatments that align.
STEP FIVE: FINALIZE PLAN
• Combining your goals, treatment options, and the considerations above, finalize your 2025 Plan.
